Presented by the Writers Foundation of Strathcona County and hosted by WE Seniors Strathcona the Your Lifetime of Stories Workshops are a must for capturing your personal history.

Everyone has a story worth sharing — including you.

Whether it’s a cherished memory, a life lesson, or a meaningful moment, your story matters. Your Lifetime of Stories is an empowering workshop designed to help you reflect on your life and capture those experiences in writing.

Created by the Writers Foundation of Strathcona County, this workshop gently guides participants through the storytelling process — no writing experience required. It’s not about being a professional writer; it’s about finding your voice and learning how to share your story in a way that feels authentic and rewarding.
